With Moldflow, we can simulate the entire manufacturing process for plastic moulded parts in advance. This guarantees an efficient and high-quality assessment of production feasibility.

FEM technology (design space)

The use of FEM technology during the design phase enables optimisation in terms of strength and/or weight. The interaction of CAD and FEM technologies, sensibly integrated into the product development process, reduces product and development costs.

CAD /CAM

Our three CAD systems, Solidworks and HyperCAD-S, guarantee the precise implementation of our customers' specifications for the development of plastic moulded parts. HyperCAD-S is used for the forward-looking virtual programming of our 5-axis milling machine.
